Editorial independence
Operator commercial relationships do not influence Chula's editorial content. Operators do not see Chula's rankings or reviews before publication. Operators cannot request changes to negative reviews or removal of negative information about their brand from Chula's pages. We have, on multiple occasions, ranked operators below their commission tier because the deposit-test data demanded it.
Retraction and correction policy
If Chula publishes inaccurate information about an operator's bonus, payout speed, licensing, or any other verifiable fact, we will publish a correction within 48 hours of receiving credible evidence of the error. Complaints policy
If a Canadian player has a complaint about an operator on Chula's lists, we will: (1) document the complaint in our internal record, (2) attempt to escalate the complaint to the operator's published support channels and document the outcome, (3) factor the complaint pattern into the next quarterly ranking review. Complaints affecting Chula's editorial standards directly (e.g., factual errors, undisclosed commercial relationships) follow the retraction policy above.
